I’ve learned from top kitchens and from home
I trained at KDU where I completed my diploma in culinary arts, then sharpened my skills in restaurants like Nadodi KL and Odette. Most importantly, I learned the heart of cooking from my grandmother, and I bring that spirit into every menu I serve.

Really enjoyed the meals made by Chef Brandon. He was professional thoughout the dinner, gave us an experience that we could never forget. His "Ikan Bakar" was the best dish for me, just perfect in every sense of the word. We also love the taco chicken masala. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
